Day 2… I skipped a few days SO WHAT March 4, 2009

Just did the ‘Shred’ and I want to die. I’ve done it plenty of times before, but I never put my all into it. I always coped out on the push ups and the side lunges. But today I did it all. Admittedly I had to take a break or two, but ‘NO LONGER THAN 5 SECONDS’ and wowza. I am in pain. I look at the other Shredheads and I’m like these women are in there 20’s-40’s and some have 3-4 kids and can commit to this video! I will be 21 in 5 days and I can’t even do it? There is something VERY wrong with that. I need to get my butt in gear. It’s been hard for me having this mom body. I’ve always been skinny (I was accused of being anorexic for most of my life) and have been able to eat pretty much WHATEVER I wanted and I was still pretty thin. I guess it’s still sort of the case as I haven’t really gained any weight since I lost 55 pounds of baby weight at 4 weeks PP(I gained 60). I had actually wanted to lose about 12 pounds at the time I got pregnant, but I had just had a miscarriage and I believe the weight was from that pregnancy. (I was 11 weeks pregnant  when I lost that baby and judging from the 6 pounds I had gained at 6 weeks pregnant with Taiden that is VERY possible.) So anyways although I’ve lost 55 pounds of the 60 gained I would now like to lose 17 pounds. I believe if I stick to this I will be able to do it in the 30 days the video claims.

I sure HOPE so. I want to look GOOD this Summer.

Did day one of the 200 hundred sit-ups on Monday and I started on week 3… Boy did that hurt… But I’m going to actually do it again today (what’s wrong with me) and I KNOW it’s gonna be worse this time.. Because I have to do more… :-(

But I’m going to stick to it because I never have before…  Go Summer Go..

 

Stupid Elbow March 2, 2009

Tried to do the Shred and something is wrong with my right elbow.. I’m pretty peeved as I’ve done this video at least 10 times already just not on consecutive days. I’m gonna try again later though so we’ll see how that goes…

So in order to force me into actually doing the 30 day shred like I said I would yesterday.. I’m joining the SHREDHEADS

Picture- uhm MAYBE later

Tagline- For REALZ this time

Weight-142.4

Goal- 125.0

Diet Plan- Actually eat regular meals. No more snacking…

Personal Rules- Drink at least 64 Oz of water a day, No eating after 8 pm.

Shred Plan- Actually do the video EVERY day. Starting with Level 1 and I have to go get some 2-3 pound weights today (Cause doing this with 5 pound weights to start.. So Not the Business) Go to the gym 3 days a week. Go on hour walks everyday it’s actually warm outside.

So I keep saying I’m gonna work out.. I’m wanna lose weight.. yadda yaddy right? Well this time I mean it cause I’m just sick of being disgusted every day…

And so I joined the “Kiss me I’m shrinking” Challenge.. Hence the button on the side…

Starting tomorrow I will be going to the gym and/or doing the 30 Day Shred video every day.

I will ALSO be FORCING myself to do this… The 100 Push-Up Challenge.

I’m really determined to get my flabby tummy toned up… I don’t EVER expect to wear a belly baring bikini again, but I hope to look better in the two piece I have.. :)


So I will ALSO ALSO be TRYING this… The 200 Sit-Ups Challenge… Mind you I can still do about 50 sit-ups with out breaking a sweat but I used to be able to do OVER 200 so 50 is pretty measly to me.. I’m going to stick this out though and post after pictures at the end of 3 Weeks and BEFORE and AFTER pictures at the end of 6 Weeks.

A day in the life.. January 15, 2009

6 A.M- Wake up and think damn Wendy for not going to the gym today cause I know I won’t go with out her

7:30 A.M- Wake up and think damn I only have 30 minutes till I have to REALLY wake up

8 A.M- Wake up get dressed make sure living room in as neat as I left it the night before (like it’s gonna change?! haha). Put dishes from day before away, start more dishwater. Get Taiden’s Breakfast ready.

8:30-9 A.M- Greet Eliza… Put Eliza in highchair and give food. Go get Taiden and yell for Devan to come feed him. Wash dishes while asking Eliza every 5 seconds to eat, trying not to rip my hair out because she keeps asking if she can play after she eats, and where is Devan going, where is Chaos going and what is Taiden doing… (to take feed the dog or take a shower, outside, and EATING LIKE YOU SHOULD BE DOING).

9 A.M- 10 A.M- Get Taiden dressed. Try to keep Eliza from beating up Taiden, taking his toys and throwing shit at him… Try not to pull my hair out due to Eliza asking (500 times) where Devan is going (TO WORK OMG)

10 A.M- 11 A.M- Watch Desperate housewives… While trying to keep Eliza from beating up Taiden, taking his toys and throwing shit at him…

11 A.M- Cindy picks up Eliza (except today, hold me I have her till FIVE)

11 A.M-12 P.M- Put Taiden down for a nap. Watch Desperate Housewives while picking up a billion toys and doing squats and lunges and other shit with a weighted ball.

12 P.M- 4:15 P.M- Read. Feed Taiden. Play with Taiden… Get online. Play with Taiden. Go see Devan at Hook. Feed Taiden again (At four). Put Taiden down for second nap.

4:15 P.M- 6 P.M Read and or TRY to take a nap. Play with Taiden

6 P.M-8 P.M- Pawn Taiden off on Felecia for the 10 minutes she actually plays with him then let him play alone and such…

8 P.M- Feed Taiden.. Devan bathes Taiden..

9 P.M 10 P.M- Taiden actually goes to bed.

10 P.M- 11 P.M or 12 A.M- Read, watch TV or clean.

11 P.M or 12 A.M- Go to sleep


At this moment… rip my hair out because Eliza won’t quit asking me “what Taiden doing?” while she’s sitting her watching him play with toys.

Now I know she’s only 2, but this girl is annoying.. and she picks on my son… But I’ll rant about that in another post…

So to get it out there…

I am very ashamed and unsatisfied with my body… I now weigh about 3 pounds more than I did before I found out I was pregnant with Taiden, which is 15 pounds more than I wanted to weigh at the time.. Although back then the number on the scale shocked me I was pretty happy with my body… I had a nice flat stomach and never passed up the chance to show it… (I wore a BELLY shirt when I was 3 months pregnant with Taiden I was kinda sucking in but still a BELLY shirt) Now… I look in the mirror and I’m disgusted… I’ve never had to work to be thin, I didn’t even have to think about it.. I was one of those girls that I now hate… I could eat anything I wanted and not gain a pound.

Anywho… I want to and feel that I need to lose weight… I’m setting my goal at 10 pounds for now… I’ve said I would work out and lose weight several times before on this blog and all though I didn’t keep up the working out part I did lose the weight I wanted to… but now I want to lose more… I’ve went to the gym 3 times so far this week and I plan on going again tomorrow…

I am going to weigh in every Saturday so if you give a shit about what I weigh feel free to come back and check it out.
