So I keep saying I’m gonna work out.. I’m wanna lose weight.. yadda yaddy right? Well this time I mean it cause I’m just sick of being disgusted every day…
And so I joined the “Kiss me I’m shrinking” Challenge.. Hence the button on the side…
Starting tomorrow I will be going to the gym and/or doing the 30 Day Shred video every day.
I will ALSO be FORCING myself to do this… The 100 Push-Up Challenge.
I’m really determined to get my flabby tummy toned up… I don’t EVER expect to wear a belly baring bikini again, but I hope to look better in the two piece I have..
So I will ALSO ALSO be TRYING this… The 200 Sit-Ups Challenge… Mind you I can still do about 50 sit-ups with out breaking a sweat but I used to be able to do OVER 200 so 50 is pretty measly to me.. I’m going to stick this out though and post after pictures at the end of 3 Weeks and BEFORE and AFTER pictures at the end of 6 Weeks.
