So in order to force me into actually doing the 30 day shred like I said I would yesterday.. I’m joining the SHREDHEADS

Picture- uhm MAYBE later

Tagline- For REALZ this time

Weight-142.4

Goal- 125.0

Diet Plan- Actually eat regular meals. No more snacking…

Personal Rules- Drink at least 64 Oz of water a day, No eating after 8 pm.

Shred Plan- Actually do the video EVERY day. Starting with Level 1 and I have to go get some 2-3 pound weights today (Cause doing this with 5 pound weights to start.. So Not the Business) Go to the gym 3 days a week. Go on hour walks everyday it’s actually warm outside.
